Job assist

My project aims to streamline the job application process by enabling me to focus on the critical components while minimizing attention to redundant information.

The current version of the project emphasizes the creation of motivation letters, offering customizable configurations and utilizing existing LaTeX templates. It also includes features for managing applications, viewing PDF generation, and producing final PDF documents.

Subsequent versions of the project will extend its focus to the CV. I am still refining my LaTeX template to a satisfactory level, but once completed, it will allow for specifying multiple project experiences in the configuration. Users will be able to select the projects that best match the job offer, or even have the system automatically detect and suggest the most relevant projects based on the wording in the job description. Additionally, the system will enable defining the number of projects or experiences per section in the CV, ensuring the most relevant information is highlighted, even if fewer related projects are available.

At the core of the project, and the technologies chosen, is my curiosity about various tools and techniques. It all began with an interest in Bash scripting, which expanded when I came across an opportunity to explore XSLT. I thought, why not experiment with it? This curiosity extended to autocompletion, where I wondered if I could create a customized autocompletion feature for my commands. From there, I discovered new technologies and capabilities, driving the continuous evolution and enhancement of my project.
